Established in 1999, the Simply Swing Band was founded and built in Essex and, up until 2011 when we relocated, Simply Swing’s office was based in Upminster. We have performed at all the established venues, hotels and country houses in and around the county for over 15 years. Our professional team draws from a wealth of experience in performing at weddings and private parties throughout the Essex area including Epping, Chelmsford, Billericay, Colchester and Stansted.

Indeed, we have still retained our Essex connections and remain on the recommended list of preferred suppliers at several of Essex’s finest venues including Vaulty Manor, Boreham House, Gosfield Hall and Leez Priory. At Boreham House, we have been the preferred supplier of pianists since they opened. We were the first live band to perform at Gaynes Park Barn (Epping) when they launched and have held residencies at Orsett Hall (Orsett) and Stock Brook Manor (Billericay). But it’s the two exclusive-use sister venues of Leez Priory and Gosfield Hall where it all began for us and we have supplied music to these two spectacular venues since our, and their, conception.
