If you have already received a quotation from us and wish to make a booking, please complete this form. Your booking will be confirmed once we have received your deposit.

Performance

Unless otherwise agreed with Simply Swing:

  • The band will be set up an hour before the performance start time. Please note, if you require an earlier set-up, an additional fee may be incurred.
  • The band will perform 3 x 45 minute sets (or the equivalent thereof) spread over a 3 hour slot and finishing no later than midnight.
  • The band will provide background music from an iPod during the intervals.
  • If you are booking our disco service, it will run for 60 minutes immediately after our last live band set ends.
Payment Details

All Cheques to be made payable to Simply Swing and posted to Barn Close, 61 Lodge Hill Road, Lower Bourne, Farnham, Surrey GU10 3RD.

Please write your name and event date on the back of the cheque. For bank transfers, put name and event date in the reference.

Bank Transfers to a/c Simply Swing, Sort Code 40-45-31, A/c No. 71443321.

Please note, we do not accept credit card payments.

Outstanding balances are due by bank transfer or cheque 21 working days before the event.
